I am an accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, an MBA, and more than 30 years of accounting and tax experience, plus 18 years of insurance brokering in the Philippines before that. I founded RMF Accounting and Tax Services in June 2023 because the business owners I kept meeting in Los Angeles had the same problem: books nobody trusted, a tax season nobody could predict, and a preparer who only showed up in April.

RMF fixes that with a monthly rhythm. Accounts reconciled, a report you can read in five minutes, filings on time, and one person who knows your business by name. In RMF, confidentiality and trust are a must.

I believe I have a purpose: to share what I know so that other people's businesses, and their lives, get easier. That is the work I am proud of.

RMF is supported by a remote team of accountants in the Philippines, longtime colleagues of the founders, who work under the same review standard and confidentiality terms. Tax returns are prepared by a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer and an Enrolled Agent; no member of the RMF team is a licensed CPA, and we say so plainly because trust starts with accuracy about ourselves.

Nothing is marked final until someone who did not do the work has re-verified it to zero variance.

Technology, used openly
